COMPANY OVERVIEW

Boresight is an ecosystem focused provider of Counter small Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-sUAS) for threat emulation Range Training and dynamic operational Red-Teaming activities. Boresight achieves this through the use of our sovereign manufactured and low-cost aerial target platforms and Ground Control System. Boresight is currently providing C-sUAS threat emulation in Australia, North America and Europe. Boresight’s expertise is in providing a range of sophisticated swarming capable, low-cost aerial targets operated in a variety of methods to provide a diverse and repeatable C-sUAS threat emulation. Boresight has developed a series of different quadrotor and fixed wing aerial target platforms that are designed to be expendable if required. As the global threat of small and cheap drones rapidly evolves, Boresights continual capability development of both ground control software and new aerial target platforms ensures our products and services are current and effective.

PRODUCTS

    Boresight multi-operations Capability:

  • Boresight’s one-to-many (1:M) or swarming capability enables a single operator utilising the Boresight’s Ground Control Station (GCS) to simultaneously control multiple aerial target platforms. Boresight provides a cost-effective swarming threat emulation capability for a range of C-sUAS training activity requirements. With the flexibility to command the aerial targets in either manual or autonomous modes of operation, Boresight provides a repeatable, dynamic and tailored C-sUAS training capability. BQ400 & BQ750 Quadrotor target drones:
  • Boresight’s BQ400 & BQ750 platforms are cost-effective yet highly capable quadcopter aerial targets, emulating commercial camera drone threats such as the DJI Phantom 4 or DJI Mavic. The BQ400 & BQ750 quadrotors were developed from the ground up to emulate all characteristics of a commercial camera drone threat, as seen in the Middle East and more recently in the Ukraine. BF150 Fixed Wing Loitering Munition target drone:
  • The BF150 is a Group 1 fixed-wing target drone designed to emulate the size and flight characteristics of loitering munitions. The BF150 is operated through Boresight’s proprietary Ground Control Station, which facilitates flight control and mission planning of simple initial training serials through to complex C-sUAS penetration testing serials.
  • Boresight C-sUAS Training and Red Teaming:

  • Boresight’s Red-Teaming capability offers customers a field operational, scenario based C-sUAS threat emulation which can be as complex as required. From a single quadrotor aerial target, through to a mixed swarm of fixed-wing and quadrotor aerial targets, Boresight provides a ‘next-gen’ sUAS threat for any customer in any location.
  • All military (and LEA) grade weapons systems have dedicated, and purpose designed training targets and training courses. Boresight provides these capabilities to the C-sUAS market with its GCS software capability, allowing military (LEA) personnel to conduct basic through to advanced C-sUAS training with any detection/effector system.

DISCRIMINATORS

  • Ecosystem approach for drone operations. Boresight is more than a drone company
  • Multiple drones and/or drone platforms are operated from a single Ground Control Station (GCS)
  • Repeatable threat emulation for training purposes
  • Drones and GCS designed and manufactured by Boresight = deep understanding of end-to-end ecosystem
  • Integration of third-party drones into Boresights ecosystem

AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT

  • Boresight and its international partners provide comprehensive C-sUAS threat emulation services for C-sUAS activities across the world.
  • Boresight’s international partners can provide the entire range of Boresight aerial target platforms; they are also qualified drone pilots in their respective regions allowing them to support any activity. As part of this service, Boresight and its international partner’s work with military and law enforcement to create and test mission plans and scenarios that meet a customer’s specific requirements and desired outcomes. This includes training, demonstration, testing, certification or validation activities.
  • Boresight C-sUAS Training and Red Teaming:

  • Through our unique one-to-many (swarming) capable GCS software, Boresight provides a market leading C-sUAS training capability to both Military and Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) customers. Our C-sUAS threat emulation capability can be delivered as a turnkey service, or customer operated.
  • Effective initial operator training is essential for ensuring any new weapons system becomes fully operational and capable in the defence against UAS threats.
  • Boresight delivers this training and, through our GCS software, can convert customised training programs into exportable mission packages for use anywhere in the world.
  • This enables dispersed units within the same organisation to access a consistent, standardised training course for a common weapon system.
